From Panchagarh to Greater Dreams
I was born in Panchagarh, a northern district of Bangladesh. In 2003, I moved to Dhaka with a clear intention: to pursue education, develop practical capabilities, and create a meaningful career. I completed my BBA in Marketing from Asian University and strengthened my creative and technical foundation by studying Design and Animation at Arena Multimedia.
My professional journey began in 2006 as a Support Teacher at Arena Multimedia. Teaching shaped my leadership early: it trained me to think in systems, communicate clearly, and prioritize learner outcomes. It also revealed a critical gap—many talented people lacked a practical path to market-ready skills and real income opportunities.
In 2008, I founded Creative IT Institute
In 2008, I founded Creative IT Institute to bridge that gap. The mission was never only training—it was transformation: skill development aligned with industry demand, supported by employability preparation, and delivered with discipline and integrity. Over time, this vision expanded into Creative Business Group, a platform of ventures focused on education, digital services, media, and other future-forward initiatives.
Today, my core belief remains consistent: a great institution is built on trust, competence, and ownership. Sustainable growth is not a marketing moment—it is the result of systems, culture, and relentless commitment to quality.
